Thank you very much for your reply. I downloaded the source code from Github and installed it on the Ubuntu system. My Python environment is 3.8.10. I also installed Nest3.3 and it ran successfully. Only Nest2. X series will have this issue。 Actually, there will be no errors during the installation process.
