What Steffen says.
Plus the message you're receiving is not an error, but just a warning.
It might be caused by your runtime environment. If you don't intend to
run MPI-parallelized, you can just ignore it and don't have to follow
Steffen's advice.

During running my network in nest, I faced with this error, can you
help me how can I remove this error?
/you seem to be using NEST via an MPI launcher like mpirun, mpiexec
or srun/
