Hi,
The NEST "Read the Docs" tells us how to invoke doxygen, but I am wondering
if the community continuously builds Doxygen db every time a series is committed
to master and put it somewhere.

I'm sorry, but we are currently not building and deploying the developer
documentation. This will probably change in the not-so-far future.
