If you currently have an open pull request against the NEST master branch on Github, please merge the most recent updates from master into your branch. A bug described in #1449 and fixed by #1458 lead to non-deterministic test suite failures.
Once you have merged master into your branch, please push again to Github to re-run the tests on Travis.

Are there any plans to make a minor release to include this fix? Or should we cherry-pick the fix for downstream distribution for the time being (or simply build from the master branch)?

We have started preparing a 2.20.1 branch, which will contain fixes for #1394 and #1449, see

I'd held off pushing 2.20.0 to stable versions of NeuroFedora. I'll push the new release once it's out.
