Dear Daniel,

there are no specific modules in NEST pertaining to AGI.

NEST provides ([strongly] biologically inspired) neuron and synapse models and connection routines for building spiking neuronal networks and the (technical) means to stimulate and record your network. Using Python you can add whatever algorithmic behavior you need on top of the neuronal network.

I suggest browsing through the example networks at https://www.nest-simulator.org/more-example-networks/ to get an overview of how to work with NEST.
