Dear NEST users!

I've found an implementation of

"Synchrony generation in recurrent networks with frequency-dependent synapses" Tsodyks, Uziel, Markram 2000

in

but it's missing in the latest versions of NEST.

Is there a comparable implementation in a recent NEST release? Preferably in Python?
